This is the first time Bret has revealed his formula and model for use by entrepreneurs, small businesses, and start-ups. His system was previously developed over years of working with larger companies and acting as a business owner, operator and corporate officer.
Bret gives the reader a step-by-step process by which any business or organizational leader, owner or operator can determine goals, purpose, convictions and brand.
He also dives into the actual daily organization of a business and its various segments in order to increase awareness to the fact that all segments – Leadership, People, Sales, Finance, Products & Services, Quality, Marketing, and Technology – are always running and any operator must keep an eye on these segments, not only where he/she is comfortable.
The last section gives the reader actual tools to make this all work. The tools can be used in daily operations and help with the progression of daily goals, leading to the attainment of overarching company, business, or organizational goals.
