How It Works
To get started, Caster Concepts removes the existing polyurethane from wheels at a temperature of about 800 degrees, and once the cores are cool, they are blasted until they are like new. Then, Caster Concepts inspects the core, including the bores, to make sure they still meet the original dimensions. After this reconditioning process, they reapply a tire in the same manner as the original, allow it to cure, install new bearings, and return it to you. Polyurethane is a great choice thanks to its maximum strength, low rolling resistance, and resistance to chemicals and solvents.
