iVoice Launches Point of Presence with SwitchRay’s Class 4 Platform

SwitchRay, a leading telecommunications software provider, announced that iVoice Networks, a provider of international voice termination and software development services, successfully deployed a total of three Point of Presence (PoPs) operations in the US, United Kingdom and Singapore, using SwitchRay’s Class 4 VoiP softswitch platform, SR-S4500. This deployment allows iVoice to improve the delivery of media quality to their customers.

Through this installation, the media traffic for US customers will stay within one location, dramatically decreasing latency. Contained within one complete system, iVoice can now quickly and easily set up routing between these 3 PoP’s, achieving greater profit margins and better quality for their customers.
