It seems like only five minutes ago we were keeping the little people entertained for the Easter Holidays, yet here we are again! The first bank holiday of May is upon us already and for those of us with families (who’ve long since seen the bank holiday as an opportunity to let our hair down) we find ourselves looking for things to do to keep everyone happy!
If you’re heading to Manchester this weekend, the Corn Exchange is the place to be. If you’re looking a for a family restaurant in Manchester the Corn exchange offers just that. Formerly the Triangle, the Corn Exchange now houses a variety of restaurants, from pizza to Vietnamese street food, we have something to suit everybody’s taste.
The British bank holiday weather is famously unpredictable, this is something you don’t need to worry about at the Corn Exchange, our restaurants in Manchester have it covered (literally). With both al fresco dining and a large internal courtyard available we adapt to any weather.
As part of our bank holiday celebrations the Corn Exchange is bringing back an Old English May Day tradition to celebrate the start of the spring. Head down to Corn Exchange this 1st May for a beautiful surprise to brighten your bank holiday Sunday, including some added freebies from your favourite Corn Exchange restaurants. Be on the lookout in Cathedral Gardens and Exchange Square between 1pm and 4pm to bag yourself a May Day treat!
