The Department of Energy has budgeted $55 billion dollars for efficiency and renewable energy projects. The program contract requires the following deliverables, design, installation, maintenance, operation and repair. The acquisition includes led lighting, solar panels, boiler plant improvements, chiller plant improvements, heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning, energy monitoring/management control systems and lighting improvements with both interior and exterior retrofits and replacements. This contract has a five (5) year base period with one (18) eighteen month option period.
