The New York City based law firm of Rodriguez Law, P.C. today announced the formation of a new practice group, which will be known as the Restaurant & Nightlife Law Group, which will focus exclusively on the representation of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, and other nightlife establishments. The practice group’s work will include labor & employment matters, litigation, liquor licensing, corporate & transactional matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and other issues.
