B+E opens Dallas office, naming Wayne Bares as the founding broker

Bares is a seasoned commercial real estate broker who holds his CCIM and has sold nearly $1 billion in properties over his career. He comes to B+E with over ten years of commercial real estate experience and will focus on single tenant net lease properties in Texas and Nationwide.
