The Ladipo Group Is Seeking To Fill New Positions In Its Pursuit Of Destigmatizing Black Mental Health

The Ladipo Group is hiring for several roles in their Consulting and Counseling departments through their Virtual Hiring Fair, from December 6 – December 10, 2021. For The Ladipo Group, it takes talented and dedicated people to work with organizations to ensure the emotional wellness of Black people and communities, as well as aid in destigmatizing the idea of taking care of your mental health. The Ladipo Group is searching for experienced and passionate candidates looking to do just that and use their expertise to positively impact Black communities.

When it comes to therapy, The Ladipo Group believes in the power of finding not only a therapist that suits you but one that can allow you to be your most authentic self. Black people face unique challenges and obstacles every day in our society, and it only makes sense to have your therapist be someone who has a better idea of not only what those struggles entail but how you should proceed and process them as an experience and move forward. The process of being open and vulnerable with a therapist can be a lot easier when the person sitting across from you looks like you and can relate to your experiences as a Black person. These are the ideals The Ladipo Group is looking for with their new hires – people who want to make the world of mental health better and more easily accessible for Black people, by Black people.

At The Ladipo Group Virtual Hiring fair, there will be two full-time EDI Specialist roles under their Consulting branch, along with seven full-time and two part-time Psychotherapist roles under their Counseling branch. Alongside working for a great cause, the benefits for the positions include paid time off with an additional 12 paid holidays, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a Simple IRA retirement plan, as well as a long-term disability plan.

The Consulting position interviews will be held Monday, December 6, 2021, from 9 AM to 2 PM, as well as Friday, December 10, 2021, from 11 AM to 4 PM. The Counseling position interviews will take place on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, from 11 AM to 4 PM, and Friday, December 10, 2021, from 10 AM to 3 PM.
