DHS Acquires London-Based Hillstone Limited for $275M: Fernando Aguirre, DHS Vice Chairman Announced

DHS, a Washington, DC-based investment and private equity and advocacy firm with a focus on outsourcing, has reached an agreement to acquire Hillstone Limited, a London-based sales training and consulting company. This acquisition is being made in conjunction with the creation of a new London-based holding company, Tierney Ventures UK. Anderson Keller will remain as the CEO of Hillstone and become a partner in Tierney Ventures UK.

This combination propels the Hillstone offering into demand generation, account management, and customer success, while also expanding operating resources, as the firm can leverage the TV team to enhance delivery and support. For TV, the acquisition brings a key piece of the sales and marketing puzzle into the portfolio and adds Keller to the leadership team. It also offers a foothold in the European market for TV’s subsidiaries, Ashton Funnel and Practice Albertsons.
