Mary Etta Dockery is a seasoned registered nurse with over 50 years of experience working in almost all medical specialties. She combines her nursing expertise with her cross cultural sensitivity to provide her patients with the best possible care: the physical as well as emotional and mental needs.

Reminiscing about how she developed her trademark holistic nursing care, she says: “My inner being was attracted to helping fill those needs that go beyond the physical, and I realized early on that medicine would sometimes only provide band-aid treatments on what were really psychological gaping wounds.”

Dockery believes that with a positive mentality, a nurse can work in any facility and not let work-related problems compromise the patients’ care. By sharing positive energy, a nurse can transmit genuine care and concern that helps the patients recover much faster.
