REITNotes launches new Price-to-FFO (P/FFO) graph and historical P/FFO comparison graph.

REITNotes.com, a website specializing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), has launched a new Price-to-FFO (P/FFO) graph and a historical P/FFO comparison graph. These allow users to identify REITs that are trading at lower or higher price multiples compared to their historical price or other REITs.
The P/FFO REIT comparison graph
The P/FFO REIT comparison graph enables users to visually understand how the price multiple of different REITs compares. This graph also provides variations of FFO, such as Adjusted FFO (AFFO) and Core FFO (CFFO). The chart plots the P/FFO on the Y-Axis and the REIT’s REITRating score on the X-Axis. REITRating is REITNotes’ REIT industry-specific rating and ranking system.
Historic Price-to-FFO tracker graph
REITNotes has also launched a historic Price-to-FFO tracker graph, that allows users to view how the P/FFO for individual REITs has trended over the previous quarters. This enables users to visualize if the current P/FFO multiple is higher or lower compared to past quarters.
For non-REIT industries, investors commonly use the Price-to-Earnings (P/E) ratio to compare the price multiple of different company stocks, as Earnings is a Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standard. REITNotes calculates the P/FFO (and FFO variations) since although FFO is a non-GAAP standard, it is a financial measure unique to the REIT industry.
These two new P/FFO graphs are the latest features launched by REITNotes to provide its users with more in-depth information on the REIT sector.
