HitchPlanner announces the release of two exclusive new features
Singapore (PRUnderground) January 6th, 2020
HitchPlanner, Singapore’s leading centralised guest management and wedding planning platform, has announced the launch of two exclusive new features designed to help couples more effectively budget and track wedding expenses and to-do lists.
The HitchPlanner team is committed to making wedding planning easier and more efficient with their streamlined online platform. The two new features were developed out of a need expressed by existing users.
The first of the new features is a to-do list, which will let users seamlessly add and delete tasks. HitchPlanner’s platform lets users coordinate and stay up-to-date on to-do lists while on the go.
The second new feature at HitchPlanner is an expense tracker that tracks the spending of users within various categories, including wedding-specific items such as flowers, wedding gowns, and wedding entertainment.
HitchPlanner initially debuted in August 2019 and has welcomed users from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the United States, Australia, and other countries. The platform has witnessed significant growth, heralding in a new dynamic in wedding planning.
In 2020. HitchPlanner will launch a wedding marketplace to connect wedding vendors from the region with users on the platform. The marketplace will be integrated with the existing wedding planning tools, which will give users a seamless experience when planning their wedding and booking wedding vendors. Users will be able to conduct transactions securely and confidently with vendors.
“Apart from equipping users with free tools to plan their wedding, we hope to increase transparency, convenience, and payment assurance with the launch of our marketplace,” said Brenda Shee. “HitchPlanner will truly be an all in one wedding solution where users can send e-invites, assign guests to their seats, and book and chat with wedding vendors.”
The HitchPlanner marketplace will feature a delayed payment process to ensure that vendors perform their services before they are paid in full.
According to Lorraine Tan, “Understanding what consumers want is always our top priority. We are thrilled for what’s to come in the next year. It will enable HitchPlanner users to engage with verified vendors on our platform, providing them with assurance when they transact on the platform. We hope HitchPlanner will be the Google for wedding services in the future.”
