General Robert “Wheels” Wheeler Presents on Secure 5G at Cyber Bytes Foundation Event this Thursday

The Cyber Bytes Foundation is honored to feature Major General (Ret.) Robert “Wheels” Wheeler at its next networking event on December 13th. The former Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Secretary of Defense will be presenting on Secure 5G – Critical Infrastructure for the Digital Economy.

The Cyber Bytes Foundation networking event will be held on Thursday, December 13th from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 1000 Corporate Drive #119 Stafford, VA 22554 and will offer:

• Presentation by Major General (Ret.) Robert “Wheels” Wheeler on Secure 5G – Critical Infrastructure for the Digital Economy

• Networking during a hosted happy hour 5:30-6:30 p.m.

• Updates on the development of the Cyber Security Center of Excellence

Major General (Ret.) Wheeler brings unique insight through his leadership roles in multiple operational organizations. While serving at the Pentagon as the DCIO for C4 & Information Capabilities, the Major General managed the Nation’s most sensitive communications and cyber programs. He developed, assessed and integrated space-based, terrestrial and airborne networks ranging from enabling infrastructure in support of disaster relief to high-end nuclear command/control networks. At the White House and Congressional level, Major General Wheeler advanced cyber policy, integration and operational capability.
