Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) brokered a total of $16,153,181 in sales in the third quarter of this year. Year-to-date sales for the brokerage now total $221,383,976 for 2018, an increase over total annual sales in 2017 of $92,292,802.

The sales included properties in Polk, Brooks, Sumter, DeSoto, Hernando, Hardee, Hamilton and Lake counties.
