As part of their 2011 World Peace Tour, Himalayan Siddha Masters, Mahayogi Pilot Baba and Yogmata Keiko Aikawa, are scheduled to preside over one of the most significant events – teaching the ways of peace and love, meditation and Samadhi on October 15th and 16th in New York City.
Both masters have achieved the highest level of enlightenment known as Samadhi through a rigorous religious training that includes years of ascetic practice in the caves of the Himalayan Mountains. There are very few individuals in the world who have achieved this state and make themselves available outside of the Himalayas to share their teachings.
“World peace can only begin with inner peace residing in each of us,” says Yogmata Keiko Aikawa. “At the same time as the old makes way for the new, there is a growing recognition of the need for change. With this new awareness, authority is shifting to power from within. Now is a good time to heal the Earth—and ourselves”.
Their mission during the two-day NYC workshops, are to broaden this circle of peace and love that passes on understanding to those wishing to enjoy the benefits of true harmony, tranquility and balance in their life, as they journey toward the supreme realization of Self and God. Both masters will be on hand to teach methods of letting go wrongs, anxieties, self doubts and fears that hinder the mind from becoming still and clear.
While Samadhi is not often performed in public, Pilot Baba and Yogmata Keiko Aikawa are only two, among a very limited number of Siddha Masters, who have made themselves available for seekers. The NYC workshops are taken place in an effort to inspire, as well as share the love, peace, and wisdom that can be attained through the practice.
