Zhenya Rozinskiy, Nick Bilogorskiy Deliver First-Ever Ukrainian Startup Pavilion at StartupGrind

Zhenya Rozinskiy and Nick Bilogorskiy are pleased to announce that they are partnering with StartupGrind to deliver the event’s first-ever Ukrainian Startup Pavilion.

StartupGrind is a high-profile event for startups, investors, and those in the business world, offering a unique platform for startups and investors come together. The upcoming StartupGrind conference is slated for February 23 – 24, 2016, at the Fox Theater in Redwood City, California. With a roster of nearly 100 speakers, including Marc Andreessen, Tim Draper, and Ron Conway, the StartupGrind conference will feature business leaders from all industries. During the upcoming 2-day event, entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to learn via workshops and presentations and network with 200+ investors and entrepreneurs.

The upcoming StartupGrind will also offer something brand new with the first-ever Ukrainian Startup Pavilion. This special feature is being spearheaded by Rozinskiy and Bilogorskiy, Silicon Valley and Southern California tech pros who are dedicated to bringing together the Ukrainian tech community.

Rozinskiy brings more than two decades of software management and international technology experience to the table. Bilogorskiy is a member of the founding team at anti-malware startup Cyphort, as well as the founder and Co-Chairman of the charity Nova Ukraine.

Through the Ukrainian Startup Pavilion, startups with ties to Ukraine will be visible to investors and visitors. A limited selection of companies have been chosen for display upon a number of factors.

According to Rozinskiy, “The IT industry in Ukraine, both product development and outsourcing, is growing tremendously. The selection turned out to be much harder than we anticipated. We had over 40 submissions, and most of them were great candidates. Originally, we planned to only invite 6 companies, but expanded it to 8 because of high quality of candidates.”

The final 8 companies selected to attend the Ukraine Startup Pavilion are:

Spinbackup, a highly advanced cloud-to-cloud backup and cybersecurity solutions provider;

CartFresh, a white-label grocery delivery platform;

QRhythm, an artificial intelligence company making data centers and cloud computing cheaper and more efficient;

DataVirtuality, the world’s first logical data warehouse;

Turnkey-Lender, a comprehensive cloud-based lending software enabling small and mid-sized lenders with end-to-end risk analysis and lending process automation;

Stafffr, an online portal for employee records storage, processing, and more;

Buzzarm, a new device that protects wallets from theft and loss; and

Corezoid, a development platform allowing enterprises to build their customized digital core in days.

Bilogorskiy said, “I am very glad that we got diverse startups from all major Ukrainian cities to participate in our pavilion and represent Ukraine to the world. I hope this experience will bring us one step closer to the first Ukrainian ‘unicorn’, a startup with $1 billion-plus valuation.”
