Devon, Cornwall and Somerset estate agent Webbers has launched a new and interactive online TV channel which showcase its properties and services.

An estate agents in Devon has taken a big technological step forward in the way it does business and has launched its own TV channel on its website.
Devon, Cornwall and Somerset based Webbers has announced its “new dawn” – a dedicated section on its website which includes videttes of properties for sale and for let as well as ones summing up the property valuation services which Webbers offers.
The interactive video based TV channel showcases all of Webbers’ properties with drop down menus allowing customers to select videttes they’re interested in viewing. The move makes Webbers the first estate agent in the South West to have its own TV channel, which puts it right at the front of the market.
Managing director of Webbers Malcolm Prescott said he was excited about the new TV channel because it would enhance service and help customers continue to enjoy positive experiences with the company.
He said: “The message we want to sell is that whether you’re looking to buy, sell, let or rent a property in our area we’re here to help you.
“We believe with our award winning service we’re best placed to look after you and your property needs now and in the future – and this new TV channel is just another way of making sure we keep on doing that.”
Will Topps, a customer of Webbers, was one of the first people to use the new service and said the experience had been a positive one.
He said: “I’ve rented property through Webbers in the past and always had great experiences dealing with staff.
“Now my fiancée and I are looking to buy our first home we decided to look at the Webbers website and were very impressed by the videttes on display there. They made it easier for us to get a sense of what a property was like and either decide to view it or eliminate it from our search.
“I wish all estate agents would do the same – it really does improve the experience for the customer.”
