WAV, Inc. Adds Nomadix Gateways to Product Roster

Nomadix is a leading provider of network gateway solutions.

With this agreement, WAV will offer the entire Nomadix product line, including the AG 2300, the AG 5800 and the Nomadix Internet Traffic Optimizer (NITO). These products equip VARs to boost and manage customer’s networks. WAV will also support their VARs and Solution Providers with technical support, and the capability to deliver a wide breadth of pre and post-sale services.

The AG 2300 is a cost-effective platform designed for small public venues and enables the deployment of wired or wireless networks supporting up to 100 to 200 simultaneous users.

The AG 5800 is a high-performance access gateway to meet the growing demands for bandwidth.  It is designed to extend a wired or Wi-Fi network to create a public Internet access network, the AG 5800 is intended for medium to large sized venues, such as hotels, airports, enterprises, and convention centers

The NITO is a highly-efficient, powerful and cost-effective appliance designed to boost existing bandwidth.  It enables IT managers to access and review traffic patterns and content usage, and offers insight for intelligent bandwidth management and allocation.
