UK company, VIZBOX Enclosures Limited, have today lauched the VIZBOX Projector Enclosure.
VIZBOX is the only projector enclosure solution manufactured in Europe which is CE marked and IP rated.
VIZBOX is a housing which is specifically designed to protect the projector from all types of outdoor weather including extreme hot and cold temperatures, rain, ice, humidty and snow. Each unit is custom build for the clients specific application. Advice and support is available from the company, should the project manager need to select which projector to deploy.
Furthermore the company are also able to supply the projector and any other audio visual equipment which may be required for the project.
The product has a range of optional media extras such as TV, IR, and digital signage. The unit is integrated with carefully calculated extra air conditioning units, to meet specific environmental and hardware requirements.
There has been a lot of interest in the product from government innovation schemes, and of course, the UK’s major audio visual distributors. Fabrication is done in the UK and all components are sourced locally to the company base in Yorkshire,with the potential for job creation in the future.
VIZBOX was the brainchild of electronics engineer, Alan Powell. He came up with the idea over 12 months ago. With support from government-backed manufacturing organisations, Export Yorkshire, specialist university technologists, and innovation bodies, and last but not least, following stringent testing, the product has finally been launched.
