Six months since launching Sydney Chic has reported on celebrities, music, food, events, launches, best restaurants in Sydney, cafe's and everything chic about Sydney.

Founded by Deb Carr late in 2013 Sydney Chic has been growing fast and becoming a well-known lifestyle blog which was recently nominated for Best Australian Blogs competition.
With a team of nine bloggers who attend launches, events and restaurant reviews, the site is a great source to find out about things to do in Sydney, best restaurants in Sydney, where to shop in Sydney and many reviews on beauty products. As well, we are interviewing celebrities, theatre reviews, promoting events and celebrating this wonderful city, Sydney.
“I wanted to create a website combined blog that was classy and not blatantly filled with advertising” Ms Carr said.
Ms Carr has been blogging for many years, runs her own social media marketing business and co-hosts a branding/marketing radio show called the Media Madams on Eagle Waves Radio she also lives in the inner city in Surry Hills which is full of nightlife and cafe’s. Carr has a passion for social media, food and networking.
Sydney Chic bloggers are from a diverse range of backgrounds including producer/director, radio, singer/songwriter, stylist, newsreader, PR consultant, speaker, employee engagement consultant plus a celebrity psychic Sharina from Radio 2UE and weekly horoscopes by Jennifer Angel aka Mistress of Astrology syndicated from New York. Jennifer is the official astrologer for the New York Times online and Harpers Bazar.
The blog has recently launched an Instagram competition which will give a photographer or business the chance to be featured on the front of the website for a week! Just follow us www.instagram/sydneychicblog take a pic, hashtag it #SydneyChic and you could win a week of great free PR.
“We are building some great working relationships with PR companies now, which is giving them a chance to showcase their client’s, we are doing restaurant reviews, attending launches and reviewing products” says Carr.
