Take a soothing dip in our swimming pools: There are two swimming pools at The Valley, but during the winter season the indoor pool is the more popular one. It’s the perfect way to relax and lovely to start or end you day. The indoor swimming pool is heated all year round, and the swimming pools are open between 9am and 9pm.
Serve and play with our Tennis and squash courts: Our tennis and squash facilities at The Valley are available, exclusively, for the use of the Valley’s guests within our gated community which includes balls and rackets. Don’t forget that we have a professional tennis coach who’s on call to add that extra edge to your game!
Burn off the mince pies and mulled wine with The Valley’s fitness room and spa pool. Work out on the cross trainer or exercise bike, then jump on the treadmill.
Once you’re finished, unwind in the spa pool that adjoins the indoor swimming pool and offers the opportunity for a little rejuvenation after your workout.
Enjoy our surroundings as we’re sit plum in the middle of Cornwall, close to all its famous towns, beaches and attractions. Take a stroll after lunch in St Ives, Falmouth or St Mawes, or get the wetsuit and surfboard out and get your surf on down in Newquay! All of these places lie within 30minutes.
