Social Tables Welcomes 10 New Employees as Company Growth Surges

Social Tables is thrilled to announce the hire of 10 talented new employees to the rapidly expanding company. “True to our ‘Customer First’ value, we pull no stops when it comes to delivering great customer service. With 1,600 accounts under our belt, we had to grow the team to be able to meet – and even predict – our customers’ needs”, says CEO Dan Berger. With backgrounds in marketing, sales, event production, and political campaigns, Berger believes this class will embody the ‘Team as Families’ value that the company was founded upon.
Hot off their February 24th partnership announcement with Hyatt, Social Tables’s expansion is a direct indicator of the company’s commitment to its growing client base. Berger believes that, “Much like consumers, enterprise customers don’t purchase a product any more. They purchase an experience. Being in hospitality, our customer experience must be flawless so that it meets the level of service that our customers themselves deliver to their clients.”
The new Social Tables teammates began orientation week with Berger’s presentation on company history, product education, and Social Tables’s core values. Kevin Dansky, ST Class of February 2014 says, “I have really enjoyed the fact that the training process has not only encompassed Social Tables and its culture, but has provided industry education as well.”
Employees lightened the workload by competing in a contest showcasing their event diagramming prowess, gorged on Nando’s Peri-Peri and became acquainted with Jelly, Social Tables’s welcoming committee chair and resident jellyfish.
