In the latest piece of news coming from the West End, it has been announced that Rock of Ages is set to transfer to a new home in London. It comes after the show was scheduled to end its run at the Shaftesbury Theatre on the 6 January 2013. It’s closure lead many fans to be sceptical about the future of the show in London, but it will continue dazzling audiences when it packs up and heads to the Garrick Theatre on the 18 January 2013. The transfer will seal the show’s status on the West End until 2 November 2013.
Set in the 80s and featuring renditions of famous bands from the decade including Styx, Pat Benatar and Journey, it could be a fantastic experience to enjoy during a stay in one of the beautiful London hotels which Hotel Direct offer.
