Stitches ‘n Dishes, a pioneer in mobile foods Social Media Marketing announced a partnership with Food Network’s popular television show, Eat St.

Christopher Ford, Co-Founder of Stitches ‘n Dishes, announced that the popular street food blog site, providing articles, interviews, reviews, high-quality food photography, and video became a Preferred Blog Partner to Food Network’s television show, Eat St.

Eat St. and Stitches ‘n Dishes will exchange content and collaborate in the promotion of the Eat St. mobile app for iPhone by Invoke Media, creators of HootSuite and Eat St. Digital, which enables people to locate, share and review food trucks and food stands anywhere in the country. Users can browse through information including the vendor’s hours, location, menu, specials, photos and Twitter feed. Users can also tap the Google Maps image on the vendor page to get directions to the food truck’s location. The partnership broadens the Stitches ‘n Dishes reach to cover the entire country.

Hosted by Canadian comedian, James Cunningham, who is a self-proclaimed menace to the kitchen, the show gives viewers a genuine “man on the street” view of the street food, without the formal culinary approach of a chef host. In each episode, Cunningham visits several food stands, carts or trucks for a candid, and most-often humorous review of his experiences. Eat St. airs on Tuesdays at 5:00pm PT / 8:00pm ET on The Cooking Channel.
