Park Slope, Brooklyn’s Carnem Prime Steakhouse Announces Exciting Launch of Lunch Menu

Finding a great place to eat a delicious lunch and enjoy a drink in Park Slope, Brooklyn recently became much more simple.  The recently launched Carnem Prime Steakhouse after impressing with their Chef David DeSalvo designed dinner menu that has been winning praise near and far, are now also featuring a lunch menu served Tuesday to Friday.  The exciting menu features the combination of modern American and classic steakhouse choices that Chef DeSalvo is becoming so popular for, and is expected to be a very big local hit.

“Everything we do here at Carnem Prime Steakhouse we do to the fullest of our ability and that includes our new lunch menu,”  commented Jacob Krumgals, owner of the restaurant.  “We understand what people are looking for in lunch – great food, a nice dining experience, and a fun drink menu.  And that’s what we’re delivering here to our guests.”

According to Krumgals, some of the favorite dishes for lunch currently include Pork Belly Cotton Candy, which has been earning the restaurant wonderful reviews across New York City; Steak Frites, made with 28 day aged U.S.D.A. certified Angus beef;   Spanish Charred Octopus, with Balsamic, frisée, fennel and watermelon; and the 6oz Petite Filet Mignon.

Lunch is served Tuesday – Friday, 12:00PM – 4:00PM.

The restaurant is located at 318 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215 between 4th Ave and 3rd St in Park Slope.

Guests have been praising Carnem for the high quality of their food and service.

Soffy K., from the Bronx, recently said, “Celebrated my parents wedding anniversary here. We loved everything from the decor to the service to the food!  The staff including the owner were very attentive.  As for the food must try calamari, pork belly wrapped lightly in cotton candy and charred octopus. We also ordered the porterhouse, ribeye and filet mignon. Ask for their mushroom gravy, it’s amazing!”
