Nintendo Wii Console Giveaway Featured at First Major Mobile Food Festival

Presented by The Mobile Gourmet (https://the-mobile-gourmet.com), Food Trucks at the Fairgrounds marks the first major mobile food festival to be presented in Northern California in 2012. The event will feature thirteen of the finest food trucks from one of the world’s top culinary destinations, the San Francisco Bay Area, live music on stage, beer, wine and cocktails, and indoor/outdoor seating.

Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race finalist, Nom Nom truck, 2011 Eaters Choice Award winner, Little Green Cyclo, Michelin rated Chef Carlos Altamirano of the Sanguchon truck, and Zagat rated Lobster Shack with its ShackMobile join a cast of San Francisco Bay Area five-star mobile chefs for an epicurean celebration of mass proportions.

Guests will enjoy a wide variety of American, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Peruvian, Belgian, Mexican, Malaysian, and Indonesian, including meat, seafood, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free gourmet dishes at this family friendly event.

Stitches ‘n Dishes, a Food Network Eat St. blog partner, will give away a Nintendo Wii console bundle package, including Super Mario Bros 3, Food Network’s Cook or Be Cooked, Order Up! and a Wii Cooking Set valued at $500 in a free drawing during the event. Participants must complete an entry form and submit it during this Bay Area event in Pleasanton, CA.

The popular mobile foods blog site also announced a pre-event drawing. Participants may enter during the week prior to the event to win dinner for four, valued at $60. Entry rules for both contests are listed on the Stitches ‘n Dishes blog site.

Food Trucks at the Fairgrounds opens at 4:00 pm during the closing hours of the annual Home and Garden Show, and continues until 8:30 pm at the Alameda County Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 18, 2012.
