The $2 and UP Store in Van Nuys has been in business since 2010 providing clothing, shoes and accessories to women ranging from petites to plus sizes. Recently it has changed ownership by Deborah Adri. She plans to rebrand the store to have a more cohesive image. The new store will be geared to women ages 18-40 on a budget who want to have a more trendy and exciting feel to the way they dress. A new name hasn’t been decided yet but Adri is determined to continue providing the same great deals while offering an even larger selection of women’s fashions.
