A new book, available today, exposes the proposal writing tactics some of the top firms in the world use to dominate competitive procurements.

In a new book out today, author Laura Ricci says it’s not because they are the best or provide exceptional service. Ricci claims it’s due to the processes and procedures they put into place to convince clients to hire them.

Her book, The Magic of Winning Proposals, not only outlines these processes and procedures, it also provides readers with the never-before-available tools needed to implement them at their own firm.

Ricci has been anticipating the release of her book for quite some time. She actually wrote it over ten years ago after helping some of the top consulting firms in the world implement these very systems. It was originally intended as a training manual for those firms and released to a limited audience when she decided to retire in 2010.
