Living with ADHD/ADD just got a little bit easier with the ActionsHero. Just released for the iPhone, the ActionsHero app is designed specifically for those living with ADHD/ADD. Connecting tasks to important life areas helps keep priorities from slipping off the radar and being neglected.
- Manage time, scheduling and priorities
- Track progress visually and stay on track with daily reviews
- Receive motivation for meeting deadlines and goals
- Check your progress on tasks with the Countdown timer
- No calendar drop off with task completion check-in
Easy to use with a comic book feel, ActionsHero makes you forget that you are building a solid time management plan. Creator and ADHD Coach Kimber Nelson says “ActionsHero was envisioned as a mini coach that will be with my clients when I can’t. It has grown into a fantastic tool for anyone who needs an extra boost in managing time and priorities.”
ActionsHero integrates with tracking software that can easily be shared with Dr’s, Coaches or other support professionals. The software is customizable to track a wide range of goals: from work and school to exercise, diet and ADHD/ADD medication compliance.
ActionsHero is a finalist in the Health 2.0 Shire ADHD App Transitions Challenge. It has been reviewed by Dr. Sam Goldstein of the Neurology, Learning and Behavior Center and Dr. Jason King of the Life Enhancement Center in Utah.
About Soul Spark
Developed by Kimber Nelson, certified life coach for people living with ADD/ADHD, ActionsHero is a time management app to help anyone with ADD/ADHD stay on track and on time
The Power Grid is the heart of ActionsHero with strong visuals that keeps priorities balanced. The Power Grid is broken down to key areas of life to keep balance with all important tasks. Stress and anxiety are reduced when all priorities are kept in check. Connecting tasks to an area of life provides a deeper motivation than just a list of “to do”. Small steps build big things, but are also easily ignored when not connected to the bigger picture. Helps answer the question “Why do you care?”
