Myca:learning is offering free online Supplier Diversity training - a way to educate your workforce on the value and benefits of Supplier Diversity.

Midwest (PRUnderground) May 6th, 2013

A leader and mentor in the Supplier Diversity field for over 10 years, Patti Massey, 2012 WBENC STAR will continue MYCA Group’s focus in the education and awareness of strengthening organizational supply chains by sponsoring the WBENC 2013 National Conference & Business Fair in June.  In addition, Massey is offering free online training for organizations looking to educate their workforce on the value and benefits of Supplier Diversity through her company myca:learning, an online training provider of award-winning content in professional development.

As a certified Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Patti Massey and her team are committed to opening opportunities and forging new relationships with her clients that look beyond just the products and services she offers. “There is tremendous synergy within the WBENC community and I love going to the annual Summit & Salute and National Business Conference & Trade Show.  There are so many powerful women in business that are willing to share their experiences to help others grow.”  Massey will be continuing her work in promoting supplier diversity this Spring as a WBE sponsor of the Ohio River Valley Women Business Council’s “Catch the Wave” event in Charleston, West Virginia. Patti is also sponsoring and presenting at Sonoco’s annual diversity trade show in Florence, South Carolina in May.

Recognizing that a strong supply chain equals more productivity and higher levels of performance for everyone, and that adding diversity to the supply chain adds innovation, flexibility, agility and community building, Patti and her team at myca:learning are providing free online training related to the business case for Supplier Diversity to all organizations.

“Educating the business community on the important benefits of working with diverse supplier is a passion of mine and I’m excited to see the long-term impact that can be achieved as awareness grows, and the W/MBE business community is given greater opportunities,” says Massey.
