Up to 12 visitors can enter at a time and witness the amazing hand carved tunnels that are estimated at being around 300 years old. Tours last around 1 hour and start at an old mining cottage where visitors descend into the chambers underneath.
The exact origins are a mystery that have baffled many and led to many theories and rumours including a secret lair of the Knights Templar.
Tourscost £5 per adult and are available every day but are by appointment only, so make sure you book to avoid disappointment.
