Mountain Sage Townhomes consist of a Planned Unit Development within the Core of Carbondale, Colorado. After gaining approvals from the town of Carbondale in 2007, the original developers of the Mountain Sage Townhomes built the first 14 of the 26 approved units and then lost the development in Foreclosure.

A Denver, Colorado based Developer, purchased the Development on 12/31/12.

Upon succesfful completion of the (8) sales in Phase I, construction began for (12) new additional Units in Phase II.
