Me Fine Foundation Gala To Showcase Newly Renovated City Club Raleigh

Non-profit's signature fundraiser will be held at newly renovated City Club Raleigh and emceed by viral video and reality television stars Penn and Kim Holderness.

The 2015 Me Fine Foundation Gala presented by Centrifuge Media will be held on September 26th at the newly renovated City Club Raleigh. This year’s event will be emceed by viral video and reality television stars Penn and Kim Holderness.

Located on the top floor of the Wells Fargo Capitol Center downtown, City Club Raleigh reopened in 2014 after a $3 million investment, merging the Cardinal Club with the Capital City Club. City Club Raleigh is proud to serve as event sponsor of Me Fine’s signature fundraiser, who provide financial assistance and emotional support programs to parents and caregivers whose children are receiving long term medical treatment from Duke and UNC Children’s Hospitals.

The gala will be a night of celebration with food and drink, a live and silent auction, and music performed by local favorite, Crush. Orchestrating the gala are two veterans of event planning, Sarah Sims Chesson and Robert Kreysa. Chesson served as the Director of Major Gifts for United Way of the Greater Triangle, specializing in individual gifts of $10,000 or higher.  Prior to that she was a Development Manager for United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley planning events for Boston’s young professionals. Kreysa is the special events coordinator for CEI, a premier digital office solutions provider for the Raleigh-Durham/Triangle. He has worked on a variety of events such as the Cameron Village Underground Event, Hopscotch Super VIP Experience and the American Heart Ball.

VIP tickets are available for the first time this year, offering those who purchase valet service and exclusive access to privately sponsored rooms at City Club Raleigh.
