LYNK Capital announced 2nd Qtr Fund Performance with a 13.70% NET return to investors. The Fund makes strategic investments in mortgages and real estate assets.

LYNK managed over $17,000,000 in Assets (AUM) during the second quarter. The portfolio of real estate assets are secured by first liens. The overall portfolio average LTV (Loan to Value) is currently 31%, with a target range not to exceed 60% LTV.

The Fund provides bridge loans or interim financing for renovation and construction projects in addition to making direct investments in real estate assets. These loans are offered for a short term period, typically 6 months to 2 years. The loan is typically utilized until the borrower can secure a more traditional loan, once the renovation or construction process is completed.
LYNK Capital makes loans on single family investment properties, commercial real estate purchases, multi-family project developments, fix and flips or to secure short-term financing for an opportunistic and/or transitional property. All loans are backed by first liens on marketable real estate.
