Founder Ron Kashden explains, “We are focused on supporting the Penny user to meet their growing needs in an industry that is growing ever more complex.”
With this in mind, another user-focused feature is the upgraded Help system that houses a wealth of resources—“how to” videos, tips and process maps in addition to over 1,100 pages of searchable screens—for additional learning about Penny and how to use its features.
