Released on September 30, Penny v10.2 empowers clients with the ability to customize features to better meet their business needs.
- A modifiable user interface is now available that is based on an individual user’s role and permissions.
- Enhancements include a customizable main screen, templates for custom reports, a time saving copy function to edit data, and additional custom reports and data fields.
- Private equity enhancements include: ease of implementing historic calls and distributions even with assignments, along with enhanced workflow for capturing historic information for the waterfall calculations.

With this in mind, another user-focused feature is the upgraded Help system that houses a wealth of resources—“how to” videos, tips and process maps in addition to over 1,100 pages of searchable screens—for additional learning about Penny and how to use its features.
As with previous releases, Penny v10.2 also incorporates more robust calculations, providing the user with the ability to add even greater nuances to their reporting capabilities. Penny comes with over 600 standard reports, along with a built in report writer that now includes new templates that allow clients to create their own custom reports.
