Joe Player, On Mission to Show His Balls Off to Richard Branson Receives Backing From VIPHangar.com

Joe Player, founder and creator of The Original Groovy Light™, announced today that VIP Hangar.com has become the first corporate sponsor of Light for Cause.

Light for Cause is a fundraiser that was launched in March of this year on the popular crowd funding platform, Indiegogo. The fundraiser, entitled “Let’s Show My Balls Off to Richard Branson”, gives people the opportunity to pre-order the fun, funky and easy to assemble Groovy Light, which will officially be available online later this month. The money that is raised through Light for Cause will go directly to Richard Branson’s Virgin Unite Foundation.

“The really cool thing about The Virgin Unite Foundation is there is no overhead, all operating cost are covered by Richard Branson and the Virgin Group, so 100% of the money raised goes straight to the charities the Foundation supports,” explained Joe.

With only eight more days left on the Indiegogo fundraising campaign and 64% of the funds raised to reach the $40,000 goal.  “Once the e-commerce site launches, I will donate $5 to the Virgin Unite Foundation for every light sold.”

Anyone can still participate in the campaign and is encouraged to visit the Indiegogo site. There they can read about Joe, his Groovy Lights and the personal reason he launched the Light for Cause fundraiser.  Photos and video of Joe’s remarkable journey are also available on the website. Those interested in getting a FREE Groovy Light may do so right through the site; for example for a donation of $26 to $50, people will receive a Groovy Light kit and an uplifting “You’re Awesome” sticker. Other attractive incentives to donate include Tower Paddle Boards (as seen on ABC’s Shark Tank), VIP Trips for 2 to Tulum, Mexico and Corporate Sponsorship Packages.
