Jason Bross, Executive Director at The International Investment Group (“IIG), was selected as one of M&A Advisor’s 2014 40 Under 40 Dealmakers.
The M&A Advisor, renowned globally for its recognition of leading M&A, financing and turnaround professionals, created this event to promote mentorship and professional development amongst the emerging business leaders.
Mr. Bross was chosen for his accomplishments and expertise from a pool of international nominees by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders.
The M&A Advisor will host a black tie Awards Gala on June 24, 2014, in New York, in conjunction with the 2014 Emerging Leaders Summit – an exclusive event pairing 40 Under 40 winners together with their mentors and other stalwarts to introduce the winners to the business community and celebrate their achievements.

Mr. Bross is a 17 year veteran of the venture capital / finance industry, with extensive experience in areas including transaction sourcing, due diligence, cross border investing, structured finance, company building, relationship management and formation of strategic partnerships. Prior to IIG, in which he recently structured, managed and closed the largest non-bank trade finance securitization to date (Trade Finance Funding I, Ltd.), he was the co-founder of Argon Venture Partners, the first California / Western Canadian cross border technology venture capital firm. Prior to forming Argon, Mr. Bross served as Head of Private Equity / Venture Capital at National Investors Group S.A., a $175 million wholly owned subsidiary fund of the National Bank of Kuwait.
