Jadcore Adds Recycling Production Muscle with 2nd EREMA System

Industry: Manufacturing

Purchase announcement made at NPE

Ipswich, Massachusetts (PRUnderground) March 25th, 2015

EREMA North America, Inc., a subsidiary of EREMA Engineering Recycling Maschinen und Anlagen GmbH, announces Jadcore LLC, the Terre Haute, Indiana recycler of commodity plastics, has purchased an EREMA INTAREMA® 1714 TVEplus®. The INTAREMA® technology replaces earlier systems offered by EREMA, and delivers significantly improved efficiency compared to previous models, while producing the top quality reclaim typical of all EREMA systems.

Formal announcements of Jadcore’s EREMA purchase will be made during NPE at EREMA booth W5673 and Jadcore booth S32081. An INTAREMA® system, similar to Jadcore’s purchase, will be available for examination throughout the show at the EREMA booth.

Introduced at K 2013, all INTAREMA® systems feature the new Counter Current core technology for improved material intake and higher output capacity; the Smart Start system for extremely easy operation and a high degree of automation; plus enhanced ecoSAVE® technology for even lower energy costs than the exceptional frugality achieved by traditional EREMA systems. The INTAREMA® 1714 is Jadcore’s second EREMA recycling system. It joins a TVEplus® 1514 purchased in 2012.

According to Rob Doti, Jadcore Vice President of Manufacturing, the first installed EREMA TVEplus® was aimed at growing business through recycling customers’ more difficult materials.  – “EREMA is very aware of the challenges recyclers face today.  Their technology and innovation address these better than anyone I’ve worked with in my 30 years.” he said.

Grant Bradley, Jadcore Plant Manager, has been impressed with the versatility of Jadcore’s first EREMA and led the charge in the purchase of the new INTAREMA®.  “The EREMA’s ability to process a variety of materials has streamlined our production scheduling efforts and improved our plant efficiencies.” he said.

Dean Doti, Jadcore Vice President of Sales, added “A consistent, high quality pellet is what customers are looking for from their repro supplier; EREMA delivers this.”
