Important information regarding our resorts

If you are thinking about booking one of our sensational villa holidays, or have already done so, it might be worth taking in some important general information on our Villa security and safety and other important factors to put your mind fully at ease over the course of the holiday.

We try to take the most comprehensive security measures available, and include a safety deposit box at each property. Our customers are advised to let our local resort office know immediately should, for whatever reason, they are not operational. It is exceptionally rare for break-ins to occur at any of the resorts, but we do ask that you heed our advice.

We also ask that you report any missing or damaged inventory items to our resort office as a matter of imperative importance, so we can act swiftly to respond to any mishaps that might occur, or have already occurred, during your stay with us.

That leads us onto our resort office, which is situated next to most of our destinations, including villas in Majorca, and Villas in Portugal. We will always be on hand at your beck and call to help out with anything you may need or any questions.
