World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons has announced the necessity of FLS program for resident surgeons and gynecologists. Laparoscopy is an invasive surgery or operation performed in the abdomen or pelvis through small incisions of about 0.5 to 1.5 cm. The recently popular medical technique is used to diagnose or inspect a condition of the patient. There are many types of Laparoscopy performed in different parts of the body to inspect or perform minor operation.
