Got HPV and a Lump in Your Throat? Consult Your Doctor; CBCD Reviews the Medical Literature

People may have HPV related throat cancer without realizing it. The good news is that when discovered, HPV related throat cancers are easier to treat than other types of throat cancer. (1) As Dr. Dennis Kraus said “HPV-positive cancers generally have a better prognosis. Patients with HPV-negative cancers tend to have a more-aggressive disease – and, therefore, obvious symptoms like an irritated throat and difficulty swallowing.” (1) WebMD notes that, “For reasons that aren’t clear, some people harbor chronic HPV infections. Persistent infection with a cancer-linked strain is the big worry.” (1) Dr. Kraus is director of the Center for Head and Neck Oncology at Lenox Hill Hospital, in New York City.

The CBCD recommends that people infected with HPV take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR. The formula of these natural antiviral products was tested by Hanan Polansky and Edan Itzkovitz from the CBCD in two clinical studies that followed FDA guidelines. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that each year about 8,400 Americans are diagnosed with HPV-related oropharyngeal cancer.” (1)

The CBCD therefore recommends that HPV infected individuals take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR.
