Eagles Landing High School aims to raise funds for girls' soccer program through partnership with Inspyr Sock Co.
MCDONOUGH, GEORGIA (PRUnderground) April 7th, 2015
In a world where girls have 1.3 million fewer opportunities to play high school sports than boys, Inspyr CEO John Cawley is making plans to rally around a very special team of female athletes in McDonough, Georgia. “As girls grow up, the quality level of their sports experience may decline. Equipment and even uniforms aren’t funded for many girls’ programs at the same levels as boys,” reports the Women’s Sports Foundation. This is the reality for the girls’ soccer team at Eagles Landing High School. “Inspyr Socks loves to embrace the ‘pay it forward’ attitude, so helping the girls at Eagles Landing School was a great opportunity to do so,” shares Cawley
In hopes of increasing the quality of their experience on and off the field, Inspyr Sock Co. is planning a fundraiser on April 16, 2015, in partnership with Eagles Landing High School in McDonough, Georgia, to raise funds necessary to meet the needs of the girls’ soccer program. “We are excited and appreciative to have Inspyr Sock Co onboard – the girls deserve uniforms,” added Fundraiser Coordinator, LaChelle Adkins. “We encourage everyone to purchase the CLASS OF SOCK or MOM SOCK between April 3, 2015, and April 30, 2015, and $3.00 per pair will be donated to the team.”
