Gary Numan has been releasing well-received, pioneering New Wave and experimental rock records consistently since his 1978 debut with his old band, Tubeway Army. Now, it has been confirmed that he will be bringing out a new album, Splinter, early next year, and has announced a series of seven select live dates in support of it.
