Fidelity Lawton Business Office to Again Host Toy Drive
Drive to Benefit Six Local Charities
Lawton, OK (PRUnderground) November 30th, 2015
The Fidelity Communications Lawton business office will again host a Christmas toy drive benefitting local charities to assure many children of a better Christmas.
The drive kicked off the day after Thanksgiving and runs through Dec. 18. Anyone donating a $15 toy, $15 gift card or the cash equivalent will be entered in a drawing for free Fidelity services, including a grand prize of 60 MEG cable modem Internet service for a year.
Other prizes include gift certificates for FiDO Whole Home DVR service, home networking, inside wire maintenance and pay-per-view movies.
“This is a great boost for kids who really need it,” said Donna Mahan, office manager. “We love doing this toy drive as a way to give back to the community. It’s a tradition here dating back more than 20 years. We encourage everyone to come by the office and make a donation.”
The drive benefits the J. Roy Dunning Children’s Shelter, Marie Detty Youth Services, the Salvation Army, Lawton Food Bank, the Armed Services YMCA, and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Each charity receives cash to buy toys, gift cards and toys to distribute to underprivileged children.
