Family Advocate, Local Lawyer Honored with Prestigious Award

Leslie Henderzahs has been named a 2015 “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters company. This is the fifth year she has received this distinction. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in Indiana are chosen by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Joining Henderzahs on the Super Lawyer list are four colleagues: Michael Antrim, Doug Church, Jack Hittle and Andrew Manna. “Families need lawyers who protect the interests of children and families for the long term,” Henderzahs said after receiving the honor. “We develop strategies to promote agreements, preserve relationships and protect family assets. My firm genuinely cares about families, and that is a distinction from which our clients benefit.”

Henderzahs has been practicing law for 25 years. After serving the federal courts for two years, she joined Church Church Hittle & Antrim in 1992 and became the first female partner since the firm was established in 1880. “I focus on sophisticated and complex family law cases. I want our clients to begin from a position of strength so we can develop a plan that benefits the whole family,” Henderzahs said. “As skilled and caring legal advocates, we help forge positive futures for families despite what can sometimes be a stressful and unpredictable experience.”
