Electronica & Techno Artist Moachin Launches Latest Album, My Soniferous.

The “scarily prolific” UK based Electronica & Techno Artist Moachin launches his latest album, ‘My Soniferous’ with can be download for free, in MP3 format, from his website www.moachin.com

With a wide and varied range of tracks, such as the hypnotic ‘My Soniferous’ and the cosmic delight ‘Magic Mate’, to more sinister tracks such as ‘Snake in the Glass’ and ‘Bleed The System’ My Soniferous is probably Moachin’s best work to date.

The album also features Moachin’s first collaboration track, ‘Black Dog White Angel’, which features Chris Barton from Electric Heroin. This particular track is the last on the album, and it’s probably been put there as it’s quite different from all the other tracks: With Moachin’s catchy drums, kicks and cymbals and melodies the track features Chris Barton on vocals and lead guitar. The result is surprisingly emotional and haunting musical treat quite unlike anything that Moachin has produced before – Hopefully there will be tracks of this ilk on future albums.

Aside from ‘Black Dog White Angel’, Moachin has also included his own vocals on two album tracks: ‘Reasons’ starts off as a hardcore techno tune and then drifts seamlessly into a catchy electronica track with vocals, before the big finale where the song reverts back to the crazy techno beats. With ‘Lovely Case’ Moachin only sings for around 25 seconds at the start on the track, before the tune again takes a turn into a more slow-paced and calming electronica track. The result is an upbeat and joyful sounding piece that puts a smile on the face of the listener.

Perhaps the main difference with this album over previous albums is the sound quality. All of the tracks sound very crisp and clear. Considering that Moachin is still unsigned and does not use anyone to master his music it’s commendable how far he’s come since his first release back in the Autumn of 2008 and how well he’s managed to master his own music from his home studio.

With the relentless pace at which Moachin makes his music, I’m sure there is a lot more to come from this talented Electronica & Techno artist over the coming weeks, months and years – With the quality continually improving from album to album I’m sure it won’t be long until Moachin starts to receive more recognition here in the UK, and across the globe. And, with his continued policy of giving away all his music for free as downloadable MP3’s from his website, it will allow for more people to share in his musical journey for absolutely nothing.
