Dublin, OH (PRUnderground) August 28th, 2015
Virtanza Vocational University, an interactive 10-week sales training and certification program, announced the addition of member company; Dix Communications to its constantly growing list of member companies. Graduates of VVU’s programs, which span several proficiency levels, will now be eligible for employment at Dix Communications and other member companies. “We are excited to connect graduates to Dix Communications and their portfolio of media companies and sales opportunities,” said Debbie Holzkamp.
Since its inception, Virtanza has certified more than 1,850 graduates of its affordable, high-quality sales training programs. One of the most distinctive things about the Virtanza Vocational University program is that graduates are provided with job placement services upon completion into member companies like Dix Communications.
VVU assesses students to determine which sales program is the right fit for them. From there, students enroll for a very modest amount of tuition and then complete a rigorous 10-week program. The program includes online and classroom components. Along the way, students receive crucial sales process training. They can also complete and earn their MS Office certification, which demonstrates to employers that they are proficient with this important software. “Virtanza certified graduates will be open to be placed into member companies with significant opportunities such as Dix Communications, one of the largest family owned businesses in the region” said Holzkamp.
Virtanza is currently preparing for an upcoming 10-week training program that begins on September 24. Many spots have been filled already, and the few that remain won’t last for long. “Holzkamp’s Virtanza training and certification program has helped our sales teams better understand the current needs of our advertisers and how to fulfill those needs with a marketing mix of print and digital media. This educational program has helped us grow sales in local digital and print revenue from existing and new customers” said Jeff Pezzano, VP, Advertising Sales & Marketing of Dix Communications.
“We’re excited about welcoming Dix Communications into our exclusive group of member companies offering jobs to our graduates,” said Holzkamp. “Dix Communications has more than 10 openings to fill, and those who complete this upcoming program will be eligible for consideration.”
The Virtanza Vocational University operates under the leadership of Debbie Holzkamp, Founder and President of HDS Premier Consulting, and Sabrina Crow, Chief Strategy Officer of HDS Premier Consulting.
