Tenzing Managed IT Services, the leading provider of e-commerce managed services, announced that David Smith has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. An industry veteran with both managed services and e-commerce experience, Smith will oversee the operations and growth of the sales and marketing organizations.

With experience in both managed services and e-commerce, the addition of Smith to the Tenzing executive team reaffirms the Tenzing’s commitment to e-commerce. As the former Director of Channel Partnerships at e-commerce vendor Elastic Path, and Vice President of Partner Sales at cloud backup and recovery platform Asigra, Smith has extensive experience in both managed services and e-commerce. His channel experience will allow him to further the organization’s commitments to their system integrator and platform partnerships.
