Compass Furnished Apartments Partners with The Hamilton Company on New 1085 Boylston Property

Compass Furnished Apartments, a provider of short-term and long-term fully furnished apartments throughout the Northeastern U.S., has entered into an exclusive partnership with The Hamilton Company to be the operator of the newly constructed 1085 Boylston Street property in Boston’s Back Bay.  1085 Boylston will offer flexible lease terms and unique concierge services to its short term and long term guests.

Each of the thirty one-bedroom apartments at 1085 Boylston has a fully equipped kitchen, a home office with free high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and custom furnishings.  The building has a rooftop deck, laundry facilities, and is pet friendly.  It’s within walking distance to the T, Boston Common, the Charles River, Fenway Park, The Shops at Prudential Center, and around the corner from the eclectic mix of stores and eateries on Newbury Street.
