Christine Wu Set to Perform with James Wolpert on NBC’s The Voice
Classical virtuoso and crossover violinist Christine Wu returns to NBC's The Voice, Season 5

A regular strings musician for NBC’s The Voice, Christine Wu makes her first Season 5 appearance on November 18, backing top 10 contestant, James Wolpert.
In previous Voice seasons, Wu has performed with CeeLo Green, Cassadee Pope, among many others. Wu is also a solo artist for David Foster, Paul Anka, and Lorne Balfe, and can be seen regularly on other network shows such as American Idol, America’s Got Talent, and Dancing with the Stars.
A violinist since age 3, Wu made the risky decision in 2006 to leave her tenured position with the Houston Symphony Orchestra, to pursue a career in the recording, television, and film industry. She has since composed, arranged, and performed strings with a long and diverse list of A-list musical artists, including Beyoncé, Celine Dion, AR Rahman, Bono, and Kiss, to name a just few.
Christine Wu recently performed at Write the Night 2 with Soko at the world famous Troubadour in West Hollywood. Earlier this year, she performed with Billy Ray Cyrus on CNN’s Piers Morgan Live and The Aresenio Hall Show.
In addition to continuing her work in the recording industry, Wu plans to produce artistic films featuring her original musical compositions and dance.
